Third time's a charm
Yesterday Sammy had t-tubes put into his ears. This was his 3rd ear surgery, only this time the tubes will have to be removed in about two years. Before he went in his hearing was only about 55%, so we are so excited for him to have his hearing back...and perhaps he will listen to his Mom & Dad a little better! He was a champ! His Doctor said he was so good, and the nurses all say that he was their favorite patient of the day....

Broken Heart
Today, Shawn asked Sammy if he wanted to come outside and help him clean out the garage. Reece asked if she could come too. Jokingly, Shawn told her NO, and she started crying. I told Shawn that he broke her heart. Shawn then told her that he was just kidding and of course she could come too. As I was helping her put her shoes on she said, "Mom, Daddy broke my heart, and then he fixed it."

It's so funny to me that Sammy is just barely starting to have an opinion about what he wears...but this little stinker loves to pick out her own clothes and wants to dress herself!

Reecey took my newly folded towels and made a little bed for herself and her baby. It was so cute I couldn't be mad.
