Last Friday, July 31st, was Shawn's 35Th Birthday!! The kids and I were so excited to have a little family birthday party for him...so we made his favorite chocolate cake with white frosting, decorated the house, had party hats,horns and blowers, a banner...and practiced the "Happy Birthday" song all day. They even help wrap his birthday presents (they used lots and lots of tape!)...so when Shawn finally came home the kids were so so amped, and practically attacked him with the presents saying "Happy Birthday Daddy, Happy Birthday Daddy." So, we sang and ate cake and ice cream without having dinner...and spent the evening at the local bowling alley and arcade...so Shawn could play..."Deal or no Deal!" It was kind of quiet, but I think we all had fun.....SHAWN I LOVE YOU!!! HAPPY 35TH BIRTHDAY!

Shawn's 35th Birthday

Happy Birthday Shawn! Today I took Chase to buy him school shoes and we passed an aracade that had Deal or No Deal and I told him that whats you did for your birthday. He gave me a real funny look and said, Shawn is old though! I told him that is why you are so fun though
